What Will I Learn In The CSW Training Program?

The social & community service worker program is designed to get you on the fast-track to a career as a CSW.

A lot of the program consists of working in small groups with other students, though there is some independent study.

Some of the program will consist of learning basic things like computer skills (most Microsoft Applications), business communications, and research methodology.

As the program progresses, you'll start learning about things like Canadian social policy, human development, and crisis intervention.
