What To Expect From Our Community Service Worker ProgramThe typical student must be mature, dependable and committed to helping individuals, families, groups and communities in need of assistance and support. Prior work or volunteer experience is helpful, but not essential. The Community Service Worker training program is very intensive, involving a great deal of small group work, practice interviews and exercises in self-awareness.
