What will I learn in the Massage Therapy program?

The objective of the Massage Therapy program is to equip participants with the necessary entry-level technical, business and professional skills for competency, confidence and to achieve success in the field of Massage Therapy.

Instilled within each student will be a sincere and practical commitment to care for all people and to serve others with dignity. Each student will learn to balance the nurturing character of Massage Therapy with, and understanding of, the need to produce an income.

Massage Therapy Course Content Includes:

Students are evaluated in all areas of professional development, including applicable areas of:

• Human Sciences
• Massage Techniques
• Adjunct Body Work Modalities
• Professional Standards
• Clinical Practices

Upon successful completion of Massage Therapy, students will be qualified to write the 3rd party exam given by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario to become a "Registered Massage Therapist".
